MyTalk

Easy telephone access from anywhere

MyTalk provides 24-hour audio response or touch tone access to your accounts. All you need is a touch-tone phone and an audio access code. A computerized voice instructs you step-by-step through transactions. Scroll down to the Quick Guide for help getting started.

To use MyTalk, call (805) 988-2151 or (800) 477-2890 using a touch-tone phone. Choose the MyTalk option and follow the instructions.

If you're a first-time MyTalk user, enter the last four numbers of your social security number as your audio access code. Need help? Just press 0 during our business hours and we'll walk you through it.
