The CBC debit card system update has been completed and all debit cards are fully functional. If your debit card was affected, you are now able to use it for both debit (PIN) transactions and credit (signature) transactions.

We are currently working on a planned system update for our debit cards. As a result, some members may experience intermittent service interruptions when attempting to use their debit card. If you experience any issue while performing a debit (PIN) transaction, please run your CBC debit card as credit and sign for the purchase. This is a temporary solution until the system update is completed. If your debit card is effected, you will not be able to access your account at an ATM until this issue is reseloved.
