Text Message Scam

It has been reported that people have been receiving text messages that are posing as local credit unions. These text messages ask to verify your personal account information over the phone. Please note that CBC will never contact our members via text, email, phone or any other means to ask for our members' personal account information. If you receive one of these text messages PLEASE DO NOT REPLY and delete it immediately.

Board of Directors Recruiting Announcement

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Team.  As a Board Director, you and the rest of the team will be responsible for the governance and strategic planning of your Credit Union.   We also have a new program, the Associate Director Program - an entry program to help you learn about your Credit Union processes, gain knowledge and experience and be better prepared to join the Board as a voting Director, if so nominated.

Equifax Data Breach

It was announced late yesterday, September 7th, 2017, that there has been a data breach at the credit reporting agency, Equifax. This cybersecurity incident potentially impacts an estimated 143 million U.S. consumers. The information accessed primarily includes names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, addresses and, in some cases, driver’s license numbers.

Will this new site effect Online Banking?
No. These changes to the CBC website will have no effect on Online Banking at all.

How do I log into Online Banking from the new website?
The username and password fields for logging into Online Banking will be located in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
