Voice Banking Upgrade

As part of our continuing effort to bring you top quality products and services, we will be upgrading our telephone banking system on Wednesday, January 30th. There are some simple steps that you can take to access the new system for the first time.

Step 1:
Press #2 on your keypad to go to CBC’s Telephone Banking System.
Step 2: 
Follow the prompts to access your account on the new system.
Step 3:
You will be asked to create a new PIN number once your account has been accessed.
