Email Fraud Alert

Dear Valued Member, 

In light of a recent uptick in fraudulent email activity around the holidays, the CBC Team would like to remind you of some key tips which could keep you safe. 

CBC will never ask you for your personal account information via email.  

Always remember these simple rules when it comes to email and your personal information: 

  • Never click on unknown links. 
  • Do not be intimidated by an email 
  • Never provide your personal account information in response to an unsolicited request 
  • Never provide your password in response to an unsolicited Internet request. 
  • Review account statements regularly to ensure all charges are correct. 
  • Report any suspicious emails.
