Paying your CBC loans from another financial institution is fast and easy! Now you can pay your CBC loan(s) directly with a checking or savings account from another financial institution. There are a couple of ways to make a payment: RegisterWith this option, you’ll need your account number plus the two-digit loan suffix (or last 4 digits of your credit card), birth date, and last 4 digits of your social security number. Set up your checking or savings account and your payment method will be saved — making future payments easy. Plus, your payment history will be available for your future reference. Express PayFor a one-time payment, you’ll need your account number plus the two-digit loan suffix (or last 4 digits of your credit card), birth date and last 4 digits of your social security number to make your payment. No information will be stored. A $5 fee will be assessed per transaction to use the Online Payments Portal. Payments made before 5:00 PM PST will be applied the following business day. Payments made after 5:00 PM PST will be applied in 2 business days. Make a Payment At this time, the Loan Payment Service cannot be used for mortgage payments. To pay your mortgage loan online, please register for Online Banking. Once registered, log in to Online Banking and click on your Mortgage account to be taken to the Mortgage Transaction and Payment Portal.
