*** CBC Basic Check has a minimum average monthly balance of $100. If the average monthly balance drops below $100, a $7 fee will be assessed.

Answer the ID validation questions
And follow the prompts to activate your card

Manage Your Card

You can manage your debit or credit card using CBC Card Controls. It’s easy to get started:

Download the CBC mobile banking app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Select the menu button in the top left
Select the “Card Controls” option
Follow the prompts

Reset Your PIN

You can choose your own PIN number anytime and anywhere with PIN Now! It’s simple:

Call 1(888) 891-2435
Answer the ID validation questions
And follow the prompts to reset your PIN

Note: If you are not able to reset your PIN using PIN Now, please verify that your contact information is correct on your CBC account. If your information is not current, you may experience an error when attempting to reset your PIN.
