As we move into 2022 with yet another surge of COVID moving its way across the country, we wanted to take some time to update and remind our members and the community about some of the precautions and challenges we face as your local Credit Union. Firstly and most importantly, CBC has always remained steadfast in our resolution to stay open and available to our members and communities throughout this pandemic. During the last two years, we all have been faced with closures and lock-downs, but CBC has been with you the entire time and we take pride in that. In order to keep our doors open to our members and guests, we have maintained compliance with all County, State, and Federal guidelines in order to keep our teams, members, and communities as safe as possible: Regular facility sanitizing and cleaningPlexiglass partitionsLimited member capacities in branchesHand sanitizing stationsStaff COVID testing We would like to offer a friendly reminder to our members and communities to please be kind to the CBC staff both in the branches and on the phone. Our team goes far above and beyond to provide safe and friendly service to all of our valued members during this crazy time. We too (much like many companies) have been affected by staffing shortages, vendor delays, and other issues that stem from this pandemic.
